This is the year the concept of ShowHouse changed a bit to include a community outside of the design scope and in this year the partnering community was chiefs in Santa Fe.
ShowHouse Santa Fe in partnership for the fourth consecutive year with Santa Fe Properties presented 15 of Santa Fe’s most uniquely talented Interior Designers as they collectively transformed a luxury Santa Fe residence into an interior design experience!
ShowHouse Santa Fe 2018 featured a unique concept of designers pairing up with local artistic chefs of the region inventing a fresh global experience for “A World of Taste”. This amazing creative fusion for the gala preview featured under one tent 13 chefs and designer came together for an amazing evening of design.
The designer challenge for 2018 paired designer and chefs by the luck of the draw for an artistic and unique experience. The designers pulled inspiration from their chefs for a transformative interior journey.
Since ShowHouse Santa Fe began ten years ago, the successful collaborative event has raised nearly $140,000 in support of Dollars4Schools. The continued support has provided funding to Santa Fe Public Schools, supporting over 250 classrooms in 29 Schools around Santa Fe. Enriching the lives of thousands of Santa Fe students.

Located in the established South Capital neighborhood and within the heart of Santa Fe, this home has been in one family’s for over 40 years. One year after designing and building the stately Govenors’s Mansion in 1954 Willard Carl Kruger, and American born architect, built this as his personal residence. W.C. Kruger served on the first. New Mexico board of architectures along with many other notable New Mexican articles such as John Law Meme. They build many of our historical State Buildings such as the State Capital Building.
